The Tierrasse is a bespoke aluminium terrace engineered in Spira’s Belgian workshops. The structure is tailored to match the shape of the ground, whether you are working with a flat garden, a sloped area or a technical zone. It provides a solid base on which to build a comfortable outdoor living space that extends the house.

A stable platform for gardens, access paths and levels

Designed for outdoor layouts, the Tierrasse offers a stable platform for garden terraces, external landings and connections between different ground levels. It is suitable for creating an outdoor extension of the living room or a raised platform linked to an exterior stair. Its clean, modern design fits easily into contemporary as well as more traditional projects.

Robust aluminium structure for long-term stability

The Tierrasse is built on a rigid aluminium frame specifically developed for permanent outdoor use. Aluminium withstands moisture, temperature changes and bad weather, ensuring that the terrace remains stable over time. The relatively lightweight structure also allows installations on uneven ground or at height, without the need for overly heavy foundations.

Recycled PVC decking for comfort and safety

The walking surface of the Tierrasse uses recycled PVC boards, the same material as the Spira outdoor stair treads. This decking provides:

  • a non-slip surface, safe even when wet,

  • high resistance to UV and weathering,

  • low maintenance, with simple cleaning as routine,

  • a uniform look when combined with Spira outdoor stairs and access routes.

A made-to-measure solution for every site

Each Tierrasse is designed to measure, based on the configuration of the site and the intended use. The aluminium structure can be adjusted to define:

  • the height of the terrace level,

  • the exact shape and size of the platform,

  • the position of supports and load-bearing zones.

This flexibility makes it suitable for a garden terrace, an outdoor platform, a link between two exterior levels or an extension of the living area, even on irregular or sloping terrain.

Ready to integrate Spira balustrades and staircases

The Tierrasse is conceived to work seamlessly with Spira’s stainless steel outdoor balustrades and Balinox balustrade kit. Together they make it possible to secure:

  • terrace edges,

  • garden and side entrances,

  • exterior levels connected by a metal staircase.

Using matching materials and lines, the terrace, guardrails and stairs form one coherent outdoor ensemble.
